The building in St Luke's that could be converted into a cafe
PLANS to turn a storage area at a Bradford hospital into a new cafe have been submitted to Bradford Council.
The Compass Group has applied for permission to turn an area of St Luke's Hospital, currently used to store hospital records, to a new business called Deli Marché.
The cafe, which will be for visitors and patients, will be located in the Horton Wing of the hospital, and the application also includes a new covered walkway from the Horton Wing entrance to the cafe as well as cladding and columns to the cafe shop front.
The application says the development would create three full time and two part time jobs.
