POLICE caught up with a speeding biker in Bradford who took a shortcut over a pavement and seized his machine.
Officers from the district's nuisance bike team were patrolling the Lower Grange area of Allerton when they saw the offence happen in Sheldrake Avenue.
The rider was still on a previous section 59 warning about the manner of his riding so had the bike confiscated as well as being issued with another 12 month warning. He will be able to get the bike back but could face court if he reoffends, said a police spokesman.
Anyone with information on nuisance bike behaviour should call police on 101 or e-mail bradforddistrictasbbiketeam@westyorkshire.pnn.police.uk
