A MOTORIST had his car seized by police twice in 15 days for driving without insurance.
Officers stopped the Vauxhall Astra on Manningham Lane, Bradford, on Sunday.
A police spokesman said: "Despite having his vehicle seized only 15 days ago for no insurance, he's at it again."
On the same evening, another motorist was fined after police caught him driving his car after it had failed an MOT.
Officers pulled the black Audi over on Canterbury estate in Bradford on Sunday evening.
A police spokesman said: "Despite having failed its MOT, this driver decided it was okay to continue driving."
The driver was fined £100 for the offence.
