Heaton: construction of semi-detached bungalow, land north of 198 Haworth Road. Heaton: construction of single storey side extension, 75 Plantation Drive.
Horton Bank Top: loft conversion with rear dormer, 59 Poplar Grove.
Idle: first floor extension over existing store room, 171 Bradford Road. Idle: variation of condition 13 of permission 15/00062/MAF because of the existing water culvert that crosses Plot 11, whereby the unit has been changed and relocated, former Selside and Woodlands House, Woodfield Close.
Ilkley: construction of single storey glass room onto the front elevation, Woodridge, Owler Park Road. Ilkley: construction of single storey rear extension and alterations, 8 Grove Road.
