RUNNERS have been urged to get on their trainers for City Runs in Bradford.
The event, held on Sunday, October 25, includes 5k, 10k and half-marathon routes.
A children's race, for those aged up to 11, will also take place. Under fives must be accompanied by an adult.
The measured course leads runners through the city centre over varied terrain and goes through the new Bradford College and University campuses before finishing in City Park.
Last year's race (pictured) attracted more than 1,000 runners.
Winners of the main categories will receive prizes and all children to finish will get a medal.
Local charities will receive a contribution from each entry fee.
Entry is £10 and £21 for adults and £3 for the children's race. For more information, go to bradfordcityruns.co.uk.
