A MOTORCYCLIST is in hospital with serious head and chest injuries after he crashed into a wall in Mirfield.
The 25-year-old was riding a black Honda MTX bike along Calder Road towards its junction with Chadwick Fold Lane when the collision happened at about 8pm yesterday.
The man, who is from Mirfield, is in a critical but stable condition in hospital, say police.
Anyone who saw the collision, or the circumstances leading up to it, is asked to contact the police's Safer Roads and Neighbourhood Support team on 101, quoting 1427 of August 10.
