MEMBERS of Bradford's football community took part in a day-long fast.
Former West Ham United defender Anwar Uddin (pictured middle), of the Football Supporters' Federation, was among the guests at the event, held at Shapla Community Hall, Cornwall Terrace, Bradford.
It was hosted by Shapla FC and Bangla Bantams as part of Ramadan and brought people from the football industry together to gain a further understanding of culture and how it can influence football.
Everyone who attended also fasted for the day.
Event organiser Humayun Islam (pictured right) said: "It was a great experience and gave a real insight into fasting and football."
Other groups represented at the event included Bradford City Supporters Trust and Bradford City Disability Organisation.
