Skipton's Homeloan Management Limited has sponsored the training of a guide dog puppy, called Sky.
HML has raised £5,000 to train the dog, which was named after staff took part in a sponsored parachute jump.
And the young puppy popped in to meet HML workers this week.
The company is getting regular progress reports on Sky, who will help a blind or partially sighted person.
Debbie Wheeler, from The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, said: "Sponsoring a guide dog puppy is a rewarding and enlightening scheme, which allows the company and employees the opportunity to follow a guide dog puppy's adventures through their puppy walking phase of training.
"HML also receives Pupdates, which includes photos of their bundle of fluff at six-weeks-old and one-year-old, and keeps them updated on their puppy's progress.
"Most importantly they also have the opportunity to meet their sponsored pup."
