Pull on your leg-warmers - Fame the Musical is in town!
The show follows a group of students at the New York School for Performing Arts, from their first day to graduation. Along the way they form friendships and romances as they work at their dreams of stardom.
It stars Abigail Finley, a semi-finalist in last summer's BBC1 show How To Solve A Problem Like Maria.
Abigail battled nine other finalists for the role of Maria in Andrew Lloyd-Webber's revival of The Sound of Music which eventually went to Connie Fisher.
"It was fantastic experience, I've got a lot to thank the show for," said Abigail.
"In Fame I play aspiring actress Serena Katz, she's a bit like Doris from the TV show Kids from Fame. This is a great show, it's vibrant, energetic and lots of fun."
Fame the Musical runs at the Alhambra until Saturday. Tickets are available on (01274) 432000.
