BOLLING Hall museum in Bradford will celebrate its 100th anniversary of opening to the public with a special exhibition.
In September 1915, during the First World War, the building, one of Bradford’s oldest, opened its doors to the people of the city.
In June an exhibition, To Turn from this Horrid War, will open in the museum, inviting visitors to step back 100 years to see what Bradford life was like during the period. Period costumes and artefacts will be on display to remind visitors of the impact of war on leisure time in the city. The exhibition will run until late December.
