PATIENTS in Bradford are being invited to have their say on local NHS services.

A network of meetings will be held to give patient groups a chance to influence decisions and boost involvement.

The meetings are being organised by NHS Bradford Districts Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

A spokesman said: "These new patient networks bring together already established groups to strengthen patients’ voices and make sure their views and ideas are heard.

"The network works with the CCG so that patients and the public can influence decisions about their health services. It is also an opportunity for patient groups to share good practice and support each other."

At the events the CCG will update on how it is moving ahead with plans to create greater engagement in its work.

Three people per practice can attend the sessions which will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 12.30pm to 2pm, at the Cellar Trust, Farfield Road, Shipley, BD18 4QP and Thursday, February 26, at 6.30pm to 8pm, at Douglas Mill, Bowling Old Lane, Bradford BD5 7JR.

Places can be booked via: engage@bradford.nhs.uk or 01274 237786.
