PLANNERS are being asked for consent to create two new homes from a pair of old barns, including a Listed building.
Under the scheme, two homes would be created from the existing barns, which are on an elevated site at Lower Swain Royd Farm, off Wilsden Road, Shipley, overlooking Baildon Moor.
According to a report to Bradford Council, the buildings have been vandalised, with the York stone slates from the Listed building stolen.
The applicant would retain the original ‘group’ of agricultural buildings.
