Arrest after public tip-off
AN ALLEGED drink driver was caught by police following a tip off and is expected to face court.
Officers were told a suspected drink driver was about to leave a pub near Oakworth village. Officers in a plain car put his vehicle under surveillance. When he drove off they alerted colleagues in a marked car who stopped him and conducted a breath test. He provided a positive sample and arrested. The incident happened last Friday evening.
