Familiar faces return to venue
TWO familiar faces are returning to Undercliffe Cricket Club in Bradford tomorrow.
Nicki Allan, who was Jazz Yorkshire Vocalist of the Year in 2011 and won its website of the year award the following year, will provide the songs, and will be accompanied by saxophonist Rod ‘Room Darkener’ Mason.
While Nicki is a senior lecturer in vocal studies at Leeds College of Music and principal voice coach at the Royal Northern College of Music Foundation degree, Rod is a graduate of what is now Huddersfield University. Admission is free for the performance from 9pm-11.30pm.
