A MAN on trial accused of robbing a Bradford cannabis farm has been cleared of one of the allegations against him.

A jury at Bradford Crown Court found Thomas Christoforou not guilty yesterday of one of three robbery charges arising from last February's incident. It will resume its deliberations today on two further allegations.

Christoforou, 25, a call centre worker, of Park Road, Eccleshill, Bradford, denies involvement in a gang raid at a house in Leeds Road, Thackley, Bradford.

He said he was passing when he chanced on cannabis plants piled up on the doorstep. The trial continues.
