Verdict of suicide on ill woman, 40
A WOMAN with a long history of mental illness was found hanged at her home, an inquest heard.
Sarah Jane Pickles, 40, of Bradford Road, Riddlesden, was found dead on June 16 this year after her care co-ordinator became concerned about text messages she had received from her.
Assistant Bradford Coroner Mary Burke said a mental services review following Miss Pickles’s death had not found evidence that anything could have been done differently to alter the tragic outcome.
She recorded a suicide verdict at the Bradford hearing.
