A DISABLED woman who alleges her school "house father" repeatedly raped her almost 45 years ago said she wanted to strangle him.
The woman, with learning difficulties, was a pupil at Hilton Grange Children's Home in Bramhope, Leeds, when she says John Laister (pictured) got her pregnant when he repeatedly raped her when she was 13.
She said: "I'd love to get hold of him and kill him."
Laister, now 72, of Abingdon, Oxfordshire, is on trial at Bradford Crown Court. He denies three offences of rape and four offences relating to the alleged sexually abuse of a second girl when he was a Sunday school teacher at Thorpe Edge evangelical church, Bradford.
The alleged rape victim told the police Laister abused her in his bed at staff quarters at the school, which is now closed.
"I didn't even know what sex was. I was a little lass," she told the jury yesterday.
The second girl accuses Laister of sexually assaulting her as she stood at his side during reading sessions following Sunday sermons.
The trial continues.
