AN image has been released of a man who stole petrol from a Bradford service station wearing a Phantom of the Opera style mask.
Police are hunting the man, who filled up a car at a Rooley Lane petrol station before the vehicle left without paying. The incident happened at 8.23pm on August 7, and the man is believed to have been the passenger of the black Lexus, which left in the direction of Mayo Avenue.
After viewing the footage, police say the man is thought to be Asian, and either wearing a white mask or heavy face paint.
Anyone who recognises the man, or the mask, has been asked to contact West Yorkshire Police on the non emergency number 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
