A rail users' group has paid tribute to a councillor who campaigned for the preservation and improvement of train services in the district.
County and district councillor Ralph Atkinson, who grew up in Bradford before retiring to Bentham, died at the age of 77.
Today, the Lancaster and Skipton Rail User Group (LASRUG) acknowledged the work he carried out for the good of rail passengers.
