A new public database is being set up to help groups find meeting rooms to hire.
Keighley Voluntary Services (KVS) will provide details of organisations that have rooms they can hire to other groups.
The agency hopes the internet service will make it easier for many groups to find space for events, one-off meetings and regular activities.
KVS, based in Skipton Road, Keighley, will develop the new database from its own long-established internal list of facilities.
KVS worker Ian Peaple said: "We're approached regularly about whether we know of rooms for groups that are setting up or wanting to expand."
