Air force, army and sea cadets raised more than £2,500 for the Royal British Legion during last year's Poppy Appeal.
Cadets from the Keighley units have been officially thanked for their service.
Medals were presented to the cadet from each unit who had raised the most money selling poppies in Keighley.
