A bungalow could be demolished and the plot used for the construction of a pair of semi-detached houses and garages.
Keighley area planning panel, which meets on Thursday, has been asked to approve the scheme on land at 15A Wheatley Avenue, Ben Rhydding, Ilkley.
It follows a refusal of an earlier plan to build three townhouses on the site.
