Village assets have been re-valued to make sure they are insured for enough money.
Parish councillors in Addingham called in estate agents to estimate the cost of replacing buildings.
According to the estate agent, the library on Main Street would cost £245,000 to replace and the football pavilion on Stockinger Lane would be £150,000.
