Four men convicted of the acid attack murder of Barry Selby have been given life prison sentences totalling 126 years.
Lee Calvert, 23, of Stirling Crescent, Holme Wood; Joseph Lowther, 22, of Copgrove Road, Holme Wood; Robert Woodhead, 28, of Fred's Place, Tyersal; and Andrew Feather, 23, of Heysham Drive, Holme Wood; were found guilty of the murder of 50-year-old Mr Selby yesterday afternoon.
At the sentencing hearing this morning, Calvert was given life with a minimum term of 36 years, after Mr Justice Globe accepted he had fired the gun and poured acid over Mr Selby.
Lowther and Woodhead were both jailed for 32 years.
Feather, who the judge accepted was not at the house but was the getaway driver, was jailed for 26 years.
Calvert asked 'Where's the justice?' as he was led away to start his prison sentence.
Mr Selby died in hospital three days after he suffered acid burns and was shot in the leg at his home in Rayleigh Street, East Bowling, in the early hours of October 14 last year.
