LEEDS Bradford airport was closed for 90 minutes after a light aircraft was in collision with an antenna mast this afternoon.
Passengers faced delays as emergency services worked at the scene, with the airport's medical team offering treatment to the pilot.
It is understood only one person was on board the plane at the time.
An airport spokesman said it was re-opened for normal services as quickly as possible following the incident at 4.15 pm.
