A club which holds weekly meetings is set to celebrate its 50th anniversary.
Eldwick Thursday Afternoon Club will mark the occasion with a special meal for members on Thursday, January 25.
Committee members will cater for up to 40 retired people from Eldwick and Gilstead at Eldwick Memorial Hall, in Otley Road, Bingley, at 3.30pm.
Formerly known as Bingley Old People's Welfare Club, the group hosts weekly get-togethers for members to socialise. A small subscription pays for regular entertainment and three day trips a year.
