A charity ladies’ night in Keighley raised £1,447.
Half the proceeds have gone to Manorlands and the remainder to Brooklands Special School in Skipton.
The event – at the New Variety Club, Russell Street – featured ladieswear, strippers, drag acts, games and a DJ, and two men stepped in at late notice for whole-body waxings when scheduled male models failed to attend.
Organisers Catherine Whiteoak and Sam Turner said they were delighted with the amount raised and visited the hospice to present a cheque.
Manorlands fundraiser Matthew Binns said: “We’re very grateful to the ladies for organising this hugely successful event and to everyone who attended and made it such a great night, both socially and charitably.”
