More than 6,000 drivers who live in the Bradford postcode areas have points on their licence for using their mobile phone at the wheel or being otherwise distracted, road safety charity Brake revealed today.
It is almost ten years since drivers were banned from using mobile phones on the go but Brake says the figures show how widely the law is being flouted.
