Designers in Bradford can show off their creative talents by designing the official campaign T-shirt for National Apprenticeship Week 2014.

The garment will play an important role in promoting the seventh annual campaign from March 3 to 7 next year.

Organisers say entries should reflect the theme ‘Made by Apprentices’ – designed to showcase how apprenticeships can deliver great things for employers and individuals.

Sue Price, divisional area director for the National Apprenticeship Service in the North, said: “We want all apprentices in Bradford to join in the National Apprenticeship Week celebrations – and wearing a T-shirt designed by budding young designers is a simple and very visible way for everyone to get involved.

“Apprenticeships are a great way for young people and adult learners in Bradford to earn while they learn in a real job, gaining a real qualification and setting them on the road to success in their chosen career.”

The competition is aimed at current and former apprentices, and those that aspire to be an apprentice.

To enter, e-mail your designs to theweek@ apprenticeships.gov.uk by 4pm on Sunday.
