The former Bingley Conservative Club is being offered for sale at auction with a guide price of more than £170,000.
The building on Main Street in the centre of the town is among the lots at the Eddisons sale on Wednesday, September 18 at Leeds United Football Club.
It extends to over 5,200 sq ft and is described in the auction catalogue as being suitable for a variety of uses, subject to the necessary consents.
Bingley Conservative councillor David Heseltine said the building already had another owner. He said: “It was just too big a building and like many hostelries, it was a casualty of change in social habits."
