A Bradford-born grandmother has reached a special milestone.
Mabel Raine celebrated her 102nd birthday with family and friends at The Grange, in Old Quarrington, near Durham.
Born in Bradford in 1911, the former mill girl and school dinner lady was married to her late husband Wilfred for 54 years.
He worked as a radio and TV engineer. But the couple’s passion was cycling and they were well known throughout Yorkshire for riding their tandem.
These days Mabel likes nothing better than fish and chips with her family.
Mabel celebrated her big day with her son Stephen and two grandchildren as well as friends.
