Householders in parts the district will find it easier to protect the environment as Bradford Council continues to roll out its fortnightly recycling collections.
From the start of August, Council kerbside recycling collections will double from monthly to fortnightly in Addingham, Baildon, Ben Rhydding, Burley-in-Wharfedale, Cottingley, Eastburn, East Morton, Hirst Wood, Ilkley, Menston, Nab Wood, Riddlesden, Silsden and Steeton.
Residents will also be able to recycle their plastic bottles in the glass and cans bin.
Leaflets and bin stickers explaining the new system and giving a full breakdown of material which can be recycled will be distributed to each household in the areas.
