A brilliant celebration of all that’s best about Airedale life takes place at famous Bingley Show today.
And the contrast with last year’s washout couldn’t be greater with forecasters predicting blue skies and blazing sunshine.
One star attraction at Myrtle Park will be Grand National-winning racehorse Auroras Encore from Sue Smith’s Bingley Moor stables. There will also be an RAF memorial Spitfire flypast, a stunt bike show and a display of classic cars, as well as hundreds of animal classes.
And thirsty visitors keen to catch up on all the latest news are welcome at the Telegraph & Argus’ own show stand where free bottled water or soft drinks are being handed out with each copy sold.
