Eccleshill residents are invited to get together for the third village fair tomorrow from 11am until 5pm The fair is by Eccleshill Village Steering Group with support from Bradford Council’s Neighbourhood and Parks & Landscapes Services.

It will be held at The Delph playing fields on Mount Avenue, and Eccleshill Mechanics Institute in Stone Hall Road.

As well as planning an event to bring the whole village together, the steering group is aiming to raise funds at the fair to make sure Eccleshill’s Christmas Lights sparkle once more in the Village this December.

Acts include Castaways choir and the Let’s Sing community choir, and there will be demonstrations from Kent’s Gym Zumba group and Zen Karate. The fair will include rides and dodgems from Marshall’s Amusements, traditional games, pony rides, lots of stalls, also food and a beer tent provided by village pub The Royal Oak.
