It’s going to be murder at the Alhambra this summer.

Diners at the Alhambra’s Restaurant 14 will have chance to take part in a whodunnit, while tucking into a three-course dinner, when Bradford Theatres’ popular Murder Mystery evenings return.

In Matrimonial Mayhem, running on Friday, August 9, and Friday, August 16, at 7.30pm, diners will meet Peter and Mary, who should be celebrating the happiest day of their lives.

The lovebirds have just been married, but are worried that their respective families may not be capable of getting through the reception without a spot of violence. Neither side approves of the marriage and have tried their utmost to prevent it.

Where does the bridesmaid keep disappearing to? What exactly happened, and to whom, on the stag night? If that has whetted your appetite for murder, get yourself along to this wedding night to remember.

There’s more mystery later in the year, with Lethal Lovers on Friday, December 13.

Tony and Eve are having a not-too-discreet affair and, although Tony is happy to deceive his family Eve is trying to persuade him to come clean, threatening to tell his wife herself if he won’t.

Will things go well for the lovers or will their world come crashing down around them? Come dressed as famous lovers past or present, and join in the revelry.
