A 94-year-old man who died from mesothelioma would have been exposed to asbestos at some point in his life, an inquest was told.
William Traynor died at his home in Sutton-in-Craven on May 31 shortly after being diagnosed with the disease, the inquest in Skipton heard. Mr Traynor had been a milkman for the last 22 years of his working life and had also worked as a driver in a scrapyard and at a mill in Keighley.
Coroner Rob Turnbull concluded Mr Traynor had died as a result of an industrial disease.
