A tropical beach party will take place at Christchurch in Ilkley on Saturday. The free family event, from 11am to 1pm, at the church on The Grove, will include games and crafts based around the beach as well as hot dogs and ice cream. Organiser, Ruth Jones, said: “Come inside during the midday heat and enjoy the holiday atmosphere.
