Leo Daley at John O' Groats
A 70-year-old Menston man has completed a bike ride from Lands End to John O’Groats, travelling 1,018 miles over 14 days.
Leonard Daly (above) took on the challenge of the iconic ride to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
He said: “Their 'Mending Broken Hearts Appeal' will fund valuable research into finding a way for the heart to mend itself after a heart attack. Heart disease is the UK’s single biggest killer. I am hoping to raise £1,000.”
