Moped rider John Postans, 26, of Brookfield Road, Pollard Park, Bradford, who was given a community order for dangerous driving after he tried to outrun police, yesterday admitted breaching his curfew by removing his electronic tag.
Bradford Crown Court heard it was replaced within hours. Judge Peter Benson extended the curfew by a week.
