A resident has been refused permission to retain a summerhouse at a property in Heaton, Bradford. Bradford Council planners said the proposed summerhouse was not in keeping with the character and appearance of the parent dwelling and was “wholly out of place” in this location, within the front garden area. The plans had been submitted by Mr Farooq Ahmed and related to a property at 47 Garden Lane.
