Organisers of a scarecrow festival this Sunday are hoping for another royal occasion. Queen Elizabeth II was one of the scarecrows during Long Lee and Thwaites Brow's first open gardens event. Long Lee and Thwaites Brow Village Society have now organised the event for a second year running.
