An Otley-based charity is celebrating becoming one of the first voluntary sector groups to be named a Living Wage Employer.
Otley Action for Older People has earned the accreditation for committing to pay staff an hourly rate more than the minimum wage that is at or above a level which is set each year based on the cost of living.
