The people of Bradford can look forward to getting the Real Deal when ITV1’s popular antiques show rolls into the city next Saturday.
Presenter David Dickinson, fondly known as The Duke, and his dealers will be giving their expert valuations from 9am until 5pm at The Abundant Life Centre in Wapping Road.
Those taking family heirlooms could be given cash on the spot from the dealers, or they may prefer to take their chance at auction.
Mr Dickinson said: “I’m very much looking forward to visiting West Yorkshire, an area of the country I love bringing the show to. I remember visiting before in a previous series and the quality of items brought in by members of the public was fantastic with lots of history and stories attached to their items.”
Admission is free and there is no need to book an appointment but you will need to provide the team with photographic ID and proof of address on the day.
Those intending to take pieces can call the DRD hotline before the event to tell the team about their items. Call 0117 970 7618, otherwise they can just turn up on the day.
