And Albion Sports took full advantage of the front-runners' absence by defeating Oakenshaw with a goal scored direct from a corner and a late clincher from Jay Sobers.

AFC Pudsey also moved past the Keighley team with a 6-2 victory at home to Bradford Park Avenue Rangers.

Richard Marshall hit a first half hat- trick, and a strike from Danny King gave them a four-goal lead at the interval.

Junction FC lead the Division 2A pack after seeing off third-placed Gaping Goose 5-2. Glyn Beale was on target with a hat-trick and Chris Grailey bagged a brace as Junction took full advantage of Otley Road's week with no fixture.

Four-goal Daniel Harrison was inspirational for promotion-chasing Albion Sports C, who beat George & Dragon 9-2.

Mujad Malik grabbed a hat-trick, Steve Lacy and John Kilkenny getting the others. Mick Devine, with a wonder 30-yard lob, notched one of the consolation goals for George.

Bradford Ukrainians moved up a couple of slots after beating Bankfoot Lions 5 2. Wyke Wanderers lost 3-2 to Fountain, Nolan Huxham and Paul Myers being on target for Wyke, who could have finished honours even only to miss a late penalty.

In Division 2B, Nab Wood Juniors came out on top of an end-to-end game 5-4 against Woodman, earning themselves three much-needed points. Daniel Carrigan (2), Sylvester Warner, Andrew Rhodes and Zaid Mohammed were on target for the winners.

Towngate failed to push on towards the leaders, going down 2-1 to Idle United, who can thank Luke Smithers and Lee Mathers for their strikes.

Forresters fought hard to contain leaders Allerton to a 2-2 draw, Simon Haley adding to an earlier own goal for Forresters.

School Green missed an opportunity to go top, losing 4-3 to Beldon Sports. Steven Barge, Matthew Preston and Gary Rowling netted for Green.

In Division 3A, Cornwall Youths had Abdul Motin (2), Sameer Hussain and Ahmed Ali on target to keep their title hopes alive as they beat Quarry Reserves 4-2.

Napoleon finally overcame last season's nemesis Bulawayo City Kings, defeating them 3-0. Neil Shearer, with his 15th for the season, Luke Wilcock and Gareth Bogle scored. Ember Hounds beat Horse and Farrier 4-3, John Butters (3) and John Place being on target.

Wrose extended their lead at the top of Division 3B after a 5-1 victory at home to Nab Wood Juniors Reserves. A Lee Axon hat-trick and James Dores brace ensured a comfortable win.

Bradford Youth maintaind their 100 per cent record in Division Four by defeating Thornton Reserves 12-1, man of the match Imran Fazil getting seven and Waheed Khan a hat-trick as Youth made it 32 goals in their last three matches.
