The search is on to find the country’s best young curry cook.
The Junior Curry Chef 2013 competition takes place at Bradford College and aims to find up and coming British talent to create the perfect pakoras and best baltis.
The national finals will be held at the college on April 9.
The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or under on April 9, and entry forms must be submitted by Friday, March 22.
Competitors will have 90 minutes to prepare, cook and present two portions of a main course curry dish with suitable accompaniments. They will have to take their own specialist ingredients, equipment and dishes.
