An appeal has been submitted to enable a hotel and restaurant in Brighouse to keep a marquee in its grounds for six months.
Bosses at Casa Hotel and Restaurant, Elland Road, have appealed against a decision of Calderdale Council to refuse the application.
A hearing will now be scheduled by the planning inspectorate. To comment on the appeal, visit planningportal.gov.uk/pcs.
