A school has been given a gold star by Ofsted inspectors who said they do not need to visit it again until summer 2014.
St Anthony’s Catholic Primary School, in High Busy Lane, Windhill, Shipley, was rated as ‘good’ when inspected in June 2010. Now the body has written to head teacher Simon Gallacher to say that an interim inspection showed the good work had been kept up.
Mr Gallacher said: “They keep checking you to see if they need to come back.
“The hard work continues. We’re aiming to be outstanding in 2014.”
