Officers are appealing to the public for information after a graffiti vandal sprayed paint on the outside of a train which passed through Mirfield station.
The vandal daubed silver spray paint letters, three-feet high and 15-feet wide, on the outside of the 2.43pm Selby to Huddersfield service on New Year’s Eve.
Anyone with information should contact British Transport Police on 0800 405040, or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
