An iconic building in Skipton town centre is to be offered for sale at an auction in London.
Regal Buildings on Keighley Road, which currently provides a ground- floor retail unit and a nightclub, is let to a leisure operator until 2031 at a rent of £70,000 per annum.
It presently operates as Strata Nightclub and has a guide price of £490,000.
The property is being offered at the Eddisons London property auction at Le Meridien, 21 Piccadilly, on Wednesday, November 21 at 2pm.
