Pupils at a Bradford primary school have been enjoying Shakespeare workshops with actors in the Calderdale Theatre School.
Professional actors Gillie Kerrod and Rob Garrett, who run the theatre school, have been running the workshops with pupils at Harden Primary School.
The sessions have focused on Shakespearian language, story-telling and characters in the morning session, before creating a short performance piece based on an element of the play in the afternoon.
The performance will then be performed in front of parents during a school assembly tomorrow.
Deputy headteacher Angela Smith said: “They are learning about physical theatre and how you can create scenes and portray characters through their bodies, having fun with good and bad fairies, mischief, storms and shipwrecks.”
